Information you choose to share

When you prepare a project or Experience Extension inquiry, you may provide information such as your name, organization, email address, phone number, event details, timing, budget range, and project ideas. The forms currently open your email application with the details you entered; the information is sent only if you choose to send that email.

We use inquiry information to respond, determine fit and scope, prepare estimates, plan services, and maintain appropriate business records. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the inquiry forms.

Cookies and similar technologies

STL Studio uses a privacy preference record in your browser’s local storage to remember your cookie choices for 90 days. This record is treated as necessary because the consent system cannot remember your selection without it.

Analytics and marketing tools are blocked until you enable their categories. You can accept, reject, or customize optional technologies, and you can change your selection at any time using Cookie Preferences in the footer. Turning a previously enabled category off clears recognized first-party tracking cookies and reloads the page so the associated scripts are no longer active.

Google Analytics

With your Analytics permission, we use Google Analytics 4. Google may process information such as page URLs, browser and device details, approximate location derived from network information, referral sources, and interaction events. We have disabled Google advertising signals and ad-personalization signals in the website configuration.

Meta Pixel

With your Marketing permission, we use Meta Pixel to measure visits, understand campaign results, and record a lead event when an inquiry is prepared. Meta may connect this information with activity associated with Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta services according to its own policies.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, STL Studio treats it as a request to disable the Marketing category. You may still decide whether to allow general website analytics.

How information may be shared

We may use service providers that support website hosting, email, analytics, advertising measurement, and business operations. We share information only as needed to provide those services, respond to inquiries, protect the website and our rights, comply with law, or complete a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal obligations. Google and Meta retain information according to their settings and policies.

Children and updates

STL Studio is intended for businesses, organizations, and adults planning projects or experiences. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
